At Concord Pet Foods & Supplies, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all pet apparel and accessories are in original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
